Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office
HCSO releases new recruitment video focused on family

In a continued effort to showcase that the men and women of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office are just like the citizens they serve and protect, HCSO has released a new recruitment video focused on family.
The minute-long video highlights the many family roles deputies play outside of their law enforcement duties: mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, and friends. It features a father playing baseball with his son, a mother painting with her children, and a deputy playing with her K-9 at a park.
"Behind every badge is a human being who has loved ones who pray for their safe return each and every day," said Sheriff Chad Chronister. "While their duty at work is to serve and protect the people of Hillsborough County, they also serve important roles at home as parents, sons, daughters, siblings, and friends. This video will hopefully remind people that we are truly just like them, and want the same things as them, like love, hope, and safety."
The video is available for viewing here.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office offers both law enforcement and civilian positions. A list of available positions is listed on the HCSO website. Anyone who is interested in applying for a career at HCSO should visit for more information.
