Phone calls are free of charge in the Central Booking area, allowing new inmates to make bail arrangements and communicate with friends and family. Telephone services are also typically available to inmates in general population housing areas between the hours of 7:30 am and 10:30 pm, and each inmate is afforded some no-cost telephone services each week. Video Visitation Services (VVS) are available to inmates once assigned to a housing area and are typically available between the hours of 9:30 am and 8:45 pm. Each inmate is afforded two hours’ worth of no-cost VVS, each week. VVS sessions can either be scheduled or conducted on-demand (initiated by the inmate). As of October 28, 2025, our onsite Visitation Center will be closed and all VVS services will be conducted remotely.
