Commissary (Canteen) orders are available to inmates housed at the Hillsborough County Jail. Aramark Correctional Services, a private contractor, currently provides this service. An inmate’s personal account cannot be discussed with anyone except the inmate and he/she is provided with the means to request information on their account. Canteen deliveries are made twice during the week. Inmates may be restricted from ordering certain items due to medical or disciplinary restrictions.
You may order care packages to send to an inmate in the Hillsborough County Jail by going online or calling iCare. Care packages are limited to one per week and are contingent upon any restrictions the inmate may have.
All money is received and deposited in an inmate’s individual account upon entry to the facility. These funds may be used for purchasing commissary items and expenses incurred (initial per diem fee, medical care, or any property damage caused by the inmate). You may deposit funds in an inmate’s account by using “TOUCHPAY”.
You must have all of the following information to fund an account:
Kiosks are located in the front lobbies of the Orient and Falkenburg Road jails.
There is a convenience fee for using TouchPay. Billing and Checking account statements will show either Touchpay Direct or Correctional Payment Services as payee.
All deposits made to an inmate account will first satisfy any outstanding debts, including fees incurred during previous incarcerations. Any amount of the deposit remaining after that will then be available for canteen purchases.
If you have any questions, you can contact our Inmate Account Provider, Aramark.
