The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is currently conducting a death investigation in Tampa.
On Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 10:13 a.m., a call came into HCSO's Communication Center about a possible person deceased near the 2200 Block of East Fletcher Avenue in Tampa. Once on the scene, deputies located a deceased individual.
This is an active investigation, and the Public Affairs Office will provide further information when it is available.
