This Bid is to establish firm fixed labor rates, material markup percentage over cost/list price, and cost-plus rental terms for equipment related to the maintenance, repair, and replacement of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, (HVAC) and Refrigeration (HVAC-R) systems at various Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) facilities on an as-needed basis.
