Detectives have identified three individuals seen in surveillance video connected to a shooting that occurred in the parking lot of SD Banquet Hall Sunday night.
Nequesha Williams, 27, has been arrested.
The female suspect seen on surveillance video with the short hair has been identified as Lakeisha Webb. An arrest warrant has been obtained for charges similar to Williams.
The third female in the football jersey has been identified, but she is only considered a witness to the shooting at this time.
