Sheriff Chad Chronister Promotes 38 Employees

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is proud to recognize the promotions of several of our hardworking men and women within the agency. A total of 38 people were given a new rank and new leadership role on Friday, March 1.

"Each one was chosen because they are the best and most qualified person to help lead this agency," said Sheriff Chad Chronister. "We are grateful for their accomplishments, and I am excited to see their impact in their new
assignments."

Captain Tiffanie Cole of the Jail Division II and Captain Thomas St John of the Community Outreach Division will now hold the title of Major for their respective divisions.

Five employees among the law enforcement and detention services were promoted from Lieutenants to Captains. They include Lieutenants Christopher Baumann, Anthony Collins, Robert Fransen, Preston Hollis, and Joseph Janos.

Making the transition from Sergeants to Lieutenants are Sergeants Tyreese Herds, Lora Holley, Joseph Maurer, Leonard Raschke Jr., Nathan Rogers and Leonette Wright Garfield.

Nine employees were promote from Corporals to Sergeants, including Corporals Lucjan Bartkowski III, Jaclyn Bell, Michael Hannaford, Stephen Hoopes, Jeffrey Humphrey, Benjamin Kenney, Richard Morales, Samuel Portalatin and Joseph Soares.

Lastly, 16 employees will soon proudly hold the title of Corporal. They include Master Law Enforcement Deputies Jerry Carey and Jennifer Grecco, Master Detention Deputy Robert Barr, Detention Deputies Adam Carson, Jonathan Diehl, Hamilton Jordan, Patrick McLane and Brett Seigler, and Law Enforcement Detectives Nicole Caraballo, Kyle Cummings, Dominique Daniels-Tolber, Manuel Gonzalez Jr., Paul Pramberger, Aaron Randall II, Craig Roberts and Michael Signoracci.

All of the promotions will take effect on
April 8, 2019.
