The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is on the scene of a death investigation in Wimauma.
On June 26, 2026, our 911 Dispatch Center received a call at 6:18 p.m. regarding a person down in the 16000 block of Delia Street.
Upon arrival, deputies found a deceased person beyond help.
This remains an active investigation. Any updates will be provided by the Public Affairs Office.
