The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is proud to announce the final results of our Street Crime Unit's countywide operation.
On October 5, 2023, the Street Crimes Unit completed an ongoing countywide operation that began in August, aimed at reducing crime in Hillsborough County.
During the operation, HCSO Street Crime deputies from all five patrol districts worked together. The squads spent one day in each District. The objective was to conduct a highly visible and proactive approach to policing to reduce and deter crime.
Results of the Street Crimes Unit Operation:
