The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is conducting a homicide investigation in Tampa.
On February 13, 2023, at approximately 11:30 p.m., deputies responded to a shooting investigation in the 6400 block of North 49th Street. Upon arrival, deputies found an adult victim who had been shot. The victim was transported to a local hospital where they later succumbed to their injuries.
This investigation remains active, anyone with information is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office at (813) 247-8200.
