The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office arrested three suspects following a kidnapping investigation.
On March 15, 2026, at approximately 6 a.m., deputies responded to a reported kidnapping at a location within Hillsborough County.
The investigation revealed that the victim was approached by Dalberto Mena Schueg, 35, and Brayan Parada Balboa, 21, who forced the victim into a vehicle against her will.
