UPDATE:

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has arrested Edgar Martinez and charged him with First Degree Murder after a body was found on a property on East Bay Road in November.

On December 06, 2019, Edgar Martinez, 32, was charged with Tampering with Evidence in connection to this investigation. Edgar was arrested at the incident location without incident and is being housed in the Orient Road Jail.
