Tracey Reeves is a Captain with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, bringing nearly 30 years of law enforcement experience. She currently serves in the Communications and Records Bureau and has previously held leadership assignments in the Office of the Undersheriff, Office of the Chief Deputy, Child Protective Investigations Division, Community Outreach Division and District II operations. She also served multiple years as a Field Training Officer and supervisor, playing a critical role in mentoring and developing new deputies.
Throughout her career, Captain Reeves has held a broad range of assignments reflecting progressive responsibility and leadership. Her commitment to professional development is reflected in advanced coursework in leadership, organizational design, project management, and specialized investigative and supervisory training.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida and has received multiple Distinguished Performance Awards. Captain Reeves remains committed to leadership, professional development, and community service.
When not at work, she enjoys traveling with her son and learning about world history and new cultures.
