Colonel Nikki Bosley was raised in Hillsborough County, Florida and attended the University of South Florida. She received a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and became a Deputy Sheriff in 2007. She served as a Field Training Deputy before she was promoted to the rank of Detective. As a Detective, she worked in the District IV Investigations and Intelligence Units.
In 2018, Colonel Bosley was promoted to a supervisory role. As a supervisor, she has worked in District I, District IV, District V, the Special Investigations Division, and the Professional Standards Bureau. Her assignments have included Patrol, Field Training, Street Crimes, Investigations and various covert operations.
In 2023, Colonel Bosley graduated from the Inaugural session of the National Public Safety Innovation Academy.
Colonel Bosley is currently serving as the Commander for the Department of Investigative Services.
