The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has introduced a new, streamlined way for residents to report traffic-related concerns. Effective immediately, the HCSO Traffic Services Bureau will manage all traffic complaints, and an online form will now ensure that every complaint is tracked correctly and addressed.
Residents can access the new form through the HCSO public website under the Services tab in the Traffic category. The online submission process allows community members to easily report issues such as speeding, reckless driving, or other neighborhood traffic safety concerns.
“Our deputies are committed to ensuring the safety of every road in Hillsborough County,” said Sheriff Chad Chronister. “This new system makes it easier for residents to share their concerns directly with our Motor Unit supervisors so we can take swift and effective action.”
If a resident is unable to complete the online form, any HCSO employee can assist by submitting a complaint on their behalf.
The online traffic complaint tool is part of HCSO’s continued effort to improve communication, accountability, and responsiveness to community needs. For more information about the new process or to file a traffic complaint, please visit teamhcso.com, select Services and then Traffic Complaint.
