Detectives with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office are searching for a pair of fraudsters who are targeting Walgreens stores across Hillsborough County.

On April 18, just before 10 p.m., two male suspects entered the Walgreens Pharmacy located at 705 North Pebble Beach Blvd in Sun City Center. One of the men distracted the store clerk while the other man grabbed Foot Locker and Vanilla Visa Gift Cards. He pressed the "Cash" button on the register, indicating a valid transaction. The duo was able to walk out of the store with more than $700 worth of ready-to-use gift cards.

Earlier that day, the same suspects committed the same fraud around 4 p.m. at the Walgreens located at 13911 Nine Eagles Drive in Tampa and around 4 a.m. at the Walgreens located at 8706 West Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa. Each time they got away with both a $250 Foot Locker gift card and a $500 Vanilla Visa Gift Card. The suspects are believed to have committed this fraud at Walgreens stores in Pinellas County as well.

The suspects are described as black males. One of the suspects is approximately 6'2," 160-180lbs with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a Georgia Bulldogs hat, a red t-shirt and tan pants. The other suspect is approximately 5'10" to 6'0," 235-250lbs with a large build. He was last seen wearing a yellow Florida State Seminoles t-shirt, a blue hat with a red Maple Leaf and blue jeans. Pictures of the suspects from each of the three incidents are attached.
