Deadly Shooting at The Palms at Ashley Oaks

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly shooting at The Palms at Ashley Oaks, an apartment complex.
 
At 9:21 p.m. on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, deputies responded to the area for reports of shots fired. Once on scene, deputies located an adult male with gunshot wounds. He was transported to Advent Health where he was pronounced deceased.
 
Detectives are currently interviewing witnesses. This is an ongoing and active investigation. All updates will come from the Public Affairs Office.
