The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is conducting a homicide investigation in Plant City, where one victim was located deceased.
At approximately 8:30 p.m. on March 17, 2022, a shooting took place in the 3800 block of Medulla Road in Plant City. One adult male decedent was located in a shed on the property.
Through investigative means, deputies have obtained probable cause to arrest Carl Lee, 44, on a charge of Murder in the Second Degree. Lee was last seen driving in a newer model white Honda sedan (unknown tag) near the incident scene. He is possibly armed with an unknown caliber handgun.
Lee is a known offender to law enforcement and is currently on felony probation.
