Discipline and Special Confinement Techniques #057

The 40 hour FDLE course is designed to aid the correctional officer in effectively and properly performing the task requirements inherent in a confinement environment. The student will perform many of these tasks in practical exercises to demonstrate proficiency.

100% attendance is required and students must achieve a passing score of at least 80% on the written exam to receive a certificate of completion. This course is salary incentive eligible or may apply this course toward satisfying their mandatory retraining requirement.
