Why/How:
|
On December 14, 2009 at approximately 7:00 p.m. members of the Major Violators Unit received information that Peter Alvarez would be in possession of a large amount of cocaine. A traffic stop was conducted at Lake Magdalene Blvd and Bearss avenue where the suspect was found to be in possession of approximately 501.7 grams of cocaine. A search of the suspect’s residence revealed cutting agent, a money counter and approximately $28,671.00. in currency. The arrest resulted in the seizure of a 2007 Cadillac Escalade SUV and a 2005 BMW. Street value of the narcotics is approximately $50,000. |
