Why/How:

On December 5, 2009 members of the Anti-Gang Project Squad along with members of the STAR unit conducted a buy bust operation in the Best Buy parking lot located at North Dale Mabry Highway and Spruce Street. Approximately 488 grams of cocaine, $1,760 and a .38 caliber Smith & Wesson revolver were seized. James Williams and Stanley Carroll were arrested and charged with Armed Trafficking in Cocaine (over 400 grams), Conspiracy to Traffic in Cocaine and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Both have previously served prison sentences in Florida State Prison. |
