At 6:19 a.m. today, HCSO received a 911 call that a man had been struck by a Hartline Bus.

 

It appears the victim began crossing Bruce B Downs when he failed to see the bus coming. The bus driver was unable to stop in time and struck and killed the victim.

 

The bus driver was not at fault and no charges are pending at this time.
