Why/How:

The victim, Jacqueline Cloward was standing in front of her 1989 Ford F150 truck parked in the Sweetbay parking lot. She was using a screwdriver to start the vehicle under the hood. The vehicle was in drive and upon starting, rolled forward over a parking block, knocking the victim down and running over her. Cloward died at the scene as a result of her injuries. |
