Why/How:

 

 

 

The motorcyclist was north bound on Hwy 39 when the driver of the 1995 Nissan was south bound and turned left into a driveway in front of the motorcyclist.  The motorcyclist struck the Nissan causing serious injury to the motorcyclist.  The motorcyclist was taken by Medivac to Tampa General Hospital where he died from the injuries he received in the crash. 

 

The investigation continues.
