The suspect sexually battered a boy in a residence in Hillsborough County on October 13, 2009. The victim told his father about the incident and law enforcement was contacted. The victim and suspect know each other. Detectives located and arrested the suspect on October 14, 2009. He is charged with two counts of sexual battery on a child over 12 and lewd and lascivious molestation on a child over 12. The suspect was taken to the Orient Road Jail
