2 unknown black males, armed with a semi automatic handgun

Possible Mazda or Acura – silver in color

The victim returned home at approximately 3:00 a.m. parked in front of his apartment building and realized that the suspect vehicle had parked behind him.  The suspect (driver) exited the vehicle and approached the victim, demanding the victim’s car keys.  The victim refused to give the suspect his car keys, the suspect then attempted to grab the keys away from the victim.  The victim began running away from the suspect.  The suspect then fired at the victim, striking the victim in the right leg.    The suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction.

 

The victim was transported to St. Josephs Hospital.
