Hillsborough detectives arrest suspect in domestic related kidnapping/sexual battery.

 

 

On September 25, 209 at approximately 9:30 p.m. the victim was walking along 7th street in the Ruskin area when the suspect drove up to her in a gray Ford Explorer.  The suspect forced the victim inside the vehicle and drove her to a residence where he tied her up with rope, kicked and punched her.  The suspect then poured alcohol on the victim and threatened to burn her.  The suspect then sexually assaulted the victim numerous times.  The suspect then drove her back to her residence where he released her from the vehicle.  The suspect is known to the victim as had dated in the past.  The victim was transported to a local hospital and the suspect was taken into custody charged with the above charges.
