Why/How:

The 2005 Chevrolet operated by Alfonso Orduno was traveling eastbound on North street at a high rate of speed. The driver lost control of the vehicle and went off the shoulder of the roadway where the vehicle then rolled over on the driver’s side. The driver was partially ejected and died at the scene. |
