Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office initiated a report on July 20, 2009 at the request of the manager at Brandon Family Law Center in Brandon.  The complainant stated that the Law Center had signed a contractual agreement with the suspect to handle the legal adoption of her unborn child.  The Center learned the suspect had also entered into a second contract with another adoption agency (Adoption Miracles). 

Between June 12, 2009 and July 7, 2009, the Brandon Family Law Center had paid the suspect approximately $835.00 for living expenses, clothing and groceries.   The Center also learned that Adoption Miracles had provided approximately $1,500 to the suspect during the same frame.

 

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office initiated a report and direct filed the findings to the State Attorney’s Office.  The State Attorney’s Office issued a warrant and Palinsky was arrested on September 9, 2009 charged with the above.

 

There will be no information released reference the child.
