On August 29, 2009 at approximately 11:04 p.m., the victim and suspect engaged in a verbal altercation.  The suspect produced an unknown caliber handgun and shot the victim approximately three times.  The victim was struck twice in the abdomen and once in the side.  The victim knew the suspect as a casual acquaintance by seeing him the neighborhood.  The victim was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital with non life threatening injuries.

 

The suspect, Brandon Davis was arrested on August 31, 2009 at 8:10 p.m. transported to the Orient Road Jail charged with Aggravated Battery with a deadly weapon/great bodily harm.
