Why/How:
|
Flores was traveling southbound on Balm Wimauma Road at a high rate of speed. The driver, Noah Flores did not negotiate the curve at Burnett Road, crossed the center line and onto the east shoulder where the vehicle hit a tree. Flores died at the scene as a result of his injuries.
