On August 4, 2009, Wynperle called the 13th Judicial State Attorneys Office within Hillsborough County a minimum of 5 times. The phone calls were answered by the witnesses who are all State Attorney Officer personnel. The defendant willfully and maliciously repeatedly harassed the personnel with numerous calls. The defendant threatened to blow up the State Attorney’s Office in one of his to the office. During the calls the defendant inquired about the legal consequences of punching State Attorney Mark Ober, judges and in his words “taking out cops”. Witnesses identified the suspect via voice recordings and the suspect also identified himself to 3 witnesses.
A warrant for his arrest was issued and he was arrested by Pasco County Sheriff’s Office on August 4, 2009 and later transferred to the Hillsborough County Jail on August 7, 2009. |
