Why/How:

This morning at approximately 11:10 a.m., Liewert was driving east bound on Dr. Martin Luther Jr. Blvd. in the outside lane when he observed a male standing on the edge of the woods holding an unknown object in his hands. According to Liewert an object then hit his windshield and ricocheted off. It is unknown at this time what the object was, but could possibly have been a pellet shot from a pellet gun. |
