Detectives seized 13 marijuana plants weighing 3.7 pounds (street value of $14,800). Someone tipped law enforcement to the apartment after noticing a strong odor of marijuana coming from the apartment. The suspect had been ventilating the growing operation into the walls of his apartment, thus creating the strong stench and a health hazard to the other residents.
