On an unknown date and time in March 2007 the suspect unlawfully touched a 12 year old female victim without her consent. The suspect was a church pastor at the time of the incident. The suspect was 40 years of age at the time. The incident was reported to the Sheriff’s Office in February 2009 and suspect was arrested on Thursday, June 18, 2009 at 5:20 p.m. The suspect admitted to the incident and was arrested without incident. |
