Arrest Warrant For Murder Served On Man In Pennsylvania

 

The U.S. Marshals Service arrested a man on Monday, June 15, 2009 in Erie, Pa.

on a HCSO arrest warrant for first-degree murder and aggravated child abuse.

 

Hector Jaiman III, DOB 11/8/79, was arrested at 409 E. 8th Street. He will be extradited to Hillsborough County.

 

The warrant charges Jaiman with the homicide of his son, Hector Jaiman II, DOB 8/6/07. The boy received injuries inside an apartment at 1222 Rivage Circle, Brandon, between the evening of Jan. 31, 2008 and the morning of February 1, 2008. The father was in sole custody of the boy during this time. An autopsy revealed major trauma to the child's abdomen that were intentional in nature.

The Hillsborough County Medical Examiner's Office listed the cause of death as battered baby syndrome with rib fractures.
