During the month of April and May 2009, Luis Reuda and Marioly Cenento-Ayala were sentenced in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for their part in the Latin King RICO case that was investigated by Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Gang Unit in 2006. Marioly Centeno, a member of the Town and Country Sect of the Latin Kings was sentenced before Judge Sleet receiving 6 years probation in the Florida Department of Corrections with a 5 year suspended prison sentence system for Attempted 2nd Degree Murder and Conspiracy to Commit RICO. Luis Rueda, enforcer for the West Tampa Sect of the Latin Kings was also sentenced before Judge Sleet to 10 years in the Florida State Prison system for Attempted 2nd Degree Murder and Conspiracy to Commit RICO. |
