The 2003 Dodge Truck being driven by Anthony Samz was traveling eastbound on Bearss avenue just east of Lake Emerald Blvd, when the driver failed to see the garbage truck was stopped for pickup,     The Dodge truck ran into the rear of the garbage truck.  The driver was transported to St. Joseph’s hospital where he expired.
