Why/How:
|
The accident happened when the driver of the motorcycle was traveling northbound on Dover Rd and passed a vehicle that was in front of him and upon returning to his lane a 2001 Toyota that was southbound on Dover Rd turned left in front of him. The motorcyclist struck the Toyota died as a result of his injuries.
The motorcyclist was wearing a helmet. |
