Why/How:
|
The victim had just parked her golf cart and was walking down the sideway to go into Publix. Phyllis Winther had exited the Publix, and was backing her golf cart up when for unknown reason the cart jumped the curb and struck the victim’s leg.
Fire Rescue responded to the scene and transported the victim to Tampa General Hospital. |
