Why/How:
|
At approximately 12:50 p.m. April 17, 2009 the Fifth Third Bank located at 13304 Highway 301 in Riverview was robbed. A Hillsborough County deputy spotted a vehicle matching the description of that used in the robbery while in the area of Lithia Pinecrest and Miller Road. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and both suspects were arrested without incident. Jason Rosenberger is charged with the robbery of the Fifth Third Bank and Luke Debi is charged as the driver of the vehicle.
Luke Debi is also charged with the attempted robbery of the Sun Trust Bank, 11721 Boyette Road in Riverview which occurred on April 16, 2009 at 2:43 p.m. Debi left the bank empty handed after the teller refused to give him any money.
Other charges are pending on both suspects (room mates) and the investigation continues. |
