The Sheriff’s Office and Fire Rescue will present a mock DUI crash for students at Gaither High School on Friday, April 3, 2009. The event is designed to demonstrate the dangers and consequences of drinking and driving. Through the use of wrecked vehicles, student actors and realistic scenarios, the event drives home the point of what can happen when a teen gets behind the wheel after drinking alcohol.

 

The Sheriff’s Office and Fire Rescue wish to thank the following for helping to make the mock crash a success: Stepps Towing Services; Stowers Funeral Home; and Tampa General Hospital’s Aeromed.
