Driver, Matthew Nugent was operating a 2002 Honda Motorcycle eastbound on Providence Ridge Blvd when he failed to negotiate a curve and struck the south curb. The motorcycle went down and Nugent was ejected, striking a sign. Nugent was transported to Tampa General Hospital where he expired at 3:19 p.m. |
