Why/How:

The driver of the 2008 Shangai Motor Scooter was southbound on Starfish Court in the vicinity of building 788 when he lost control of the scooter in a curve and left the paved roadway. The scooter then struck a concrete storage building on the property and the driver of the scooter died of injuries he received in the crash.
The driver was not wearing a helmet. |
