HCSO detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying a female suspect who used a stolen debit card to withdraw money from an ATM at a Washington Mutual Bank at 2802 E. Fletcher Ave. on March 10, 2009 around 5:30 p.m.  This incident stems from an vehicle burglary that occurred on the same day around 5 p.m. at  Lettuce Lake Park on Fletcher Avenue. The suspect(s) broke the window of the victim’s car and stole a purse containing her debit and credit cards. The female suspect also attempted to use the victim's Target credit card at on March 10 around 5:45 p.m. at the University Plaza Target at Fletcher Avenue and Bruce B. Downs Boulevard.
