The suspect drove to 3425 Laurel Dale Dr. in Tampa and confronted the victim and a fight ensued on the front porch and the victim was kicked and stomped to death.  The suspect then fled the scene.  Detectives learned his identity and requested for Pasco County Sheriff’s deputies to respond to his residence and detain him.

 

The suspect was then taken HCA Community Hospital in Pasco for treatment of injuries he sustained in the fight. 

 

The suspect is the estranged husband of a woman who lives at the Laurel Dale Drive residence.

 

The investigation continues.
