Members of the Sheriff’s Targeted Area Response Team (STAR) culminated an undercover investigation on Wednesday night with the arrest of a Tampa man who was using a teen-age girl to make money from prostitution. The teen was forced to accompany the defendant to a motel in Tampa after he made a deal with undercover deputies for her to commit prostitution. The teen is 17 years old. The defendant and another adult, a female named Julana A. Morris, were arrested at the scene. Morris, who gave at At Large address, was charged with prostitution and possession of cocaine.
