The family of Lawrence Higgins, who was killed in his home on October 8, 2008, is offering a reward of $20,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction of his killer or killers.

 

Lawrence Higgins, 61, was found slain in his home at 11523 Trotting Down Drive in Odessa by a business associate. His cause of death was trauma.

 

Higgins’ family believes someone who has information on this case will step forward.

 

Sheriff’s detectives are still seeking information on two suspicious vehicles seen in the area around the time of the homicide. One is a champagne-colored pickup with dual rear wheels, tinted windows and an extended cab. The other is an orange older model Nissan or Datsun with a loud muffler.
