11th avenue N.W. and 4th Street N.W.

Ruskin
Why/How:

 

 

 

 

 

At approximately 5:05 p.m.  a worker discovered the body in a ditch, approximately 15 feet off the roadway.  The victim was fully clothed and there are no visible signs of trauma.  There was no identification on the individual.

 

The Medical Examiners Office will determine the cause of death.

 

Detectives believe that the subject could possibly be one of the homeless individuals in the Ruskin area.
