On February 26, 2009 at approximately 5:52 p.m., the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Major Violators Unit assisted by Hillsborough County SWAT team and Tampa Police Department served a court authorized search warrant at 1613 Maple Avenue in Tampa.  During the course of the search, the two defendants were found to be in possession of 212 grams of crack cocaine.  David Smiley was also found to be in possession of 2.5 grams of marijuana.  The estimated street value of narcotics seized is $33,330.
